Andrés Agulla

Motorsports Commentator & Co-host of Juego Cruzado

Andrés Agulla brings years of experience covering international motor sports to his role as ESPN’s Spanish-language play-by-play commentator for NASCAR, the IRL IndyCar Series and World Rally Championship.  He also co-hosts “RPM Semanal” and “Juego Cruzado,” the networks program modeled after “Around the Horn.”

Before joining ESPN, Agulla worked for PSN: Pan-American Sports Network, a sports network in Latin America, where he served as play-by-play commentator for Formula 1 and served as host and producer for “Velocidad Maxima” a 30-minute weekly Formula 1 show. 

He landed his first media job at the age of 13, working on local sports programs for Canal 5 and Canal 2 in Coronel Pringles, Argentina. Five years later, he joined Carburando, a Buenos Aires-based production company that covers national and international motorsports for radio and television.  During his six years at Carburando, he served as a host and play-by-play commentator covering Forma 1, CART and TC 200.
