Basketball Hall of Famer Chris Mullin joined ESPN as an NBA studio analyst prior to the 2010 season. He provides analysis on SportsCenter, NBA Coast to Coast, NBA Tonight and on additional news and information programming.

Mullin was selected by the Golden State Warriors in the first round of the 1985 NBA draft. He along with his “Run TMC” counterparts (Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond) led the Warriors to five playoff appearances between 1987 and 1994. Mullin was named to the Western Conference All-Star squad for five straight seasons from 1989-1993. In each of those five seasons, he averaged 25-or-more points per game.

Mullin was traded to the Indiana Pacers in 1997 and spent three seasons with Indiana before rejoining the Warriors for the 2001-2002 season, finishing his 16-year professional career with 17,911 career points. He remained with the Warriors in 2002 as a special assistant in the front office and was named executive vice president of basketball operations in 2004.

A Brooklyn native, Mullin was a standout player at Power Memorial Academy and Catholic Xaverian High School in New York. Mullin attended nearby St. John’s University where he was named Big East Player of the Year three times and led the Redmen to the 1985 Final Four. In 1985, he won the John R. Wooden Award and the USBWA College Player of the Year and remains one of only three players in history to win the Haggerty Award (given to the best college player in the New York City area) three times (1983–1985).

Inducted to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2011, Mullin is also a two-time Olympic gold medalist, earning gold in 1984 and again with the1992 Dream Team.
