ESPN’s men’s college basketball schedule this week will include 11 games Saturday, Jan. 12, across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and exclusively on ESPN3.
ESPN’s Journey to the Tourney, a season-long spotlight on games that will impact the NCAA Championship, continues this week with the ACC top-25 matchup between No. 1 Duke at No. 20 NC State. Duke is one of four teams currently undefeated, while NC State, the preseason favorite to win its league, has just two losses on the season.
The Wooden Award Midseason Top 25 Presented by Wendy’s will air Thursday, Jan. 10, on ESPNU at 7:30 p.m. The premier men’s college player of the year award highlights the top 25 candidates with extensive coverage also live on ESPN.com.
Additional schedule highlights:
- Undefeated, No. 4 Arizona travels to Oregon on Thursday at 9 p.m. on ESPN2 and to Oregon State on Saturday at 8 p.m. on ESPNU
- No. 9 Gonzaga hosting St. Mary’s (Calif.) on Thursday at 11 p.m. on ESPN2
- On Saturday, No. 19 Georgetown opens the day at St. John’s at 11 a.m. on ESPN2, while No. 11 Florida travels to LSU at 4 p.m. on ESPNU
College GameDay Covered by State Farm kicks off from ESPN’s Bristol, Conn., studios Saturday, Jan. 12, at 10 a.m. on ESPN2, followed by another hour at 11 a.m. on ESPNU. Host Rece Davis will be joined by GameDay regulars Jay Bilas and Digger Phelps, with a special appearance from ESPN analyst Jay Williams. Included in this week’s show will be a review of the first half of the season; images and top plays of the year; what to expect as conference play gets underway and Final Four predictions.
