Top Eight College Baseball Teams Play on ESPN Networks Saturday

  • ESPNU selects No. 1 Florida at No. 13 LSU for May 19 Wildcard Game
  • This week’s 32 games across ESPNU, ESPN2, ESPN3 and SEC Network all feature a Top 25 team
  • SEC Network studio shows live from Florida on Friday

College baseball coverage continues this week across ESPNU, ESPN2, ESPN3 and SEC Network with a Top 25 team featured in all 32 games listed below. The schedule is highlighted with every top eight team playing on an ESPN network Saturday, May 14. An additional 18 games will be carried on SEC Network +, available to SEC Network subscribers through the ESPN app and WatchESPN.

In addition to the previously scheduled games, ESPNU has selected its Wildcard Game slated for Thursday, May 19. The network will air Game 1 of No. 1 Florida at No.13 LSU. The full series will now be carried on television: ESPNU (Games 1 and 3) and SEC Network (Game 2). SEC Network will announce its May 19 Wildcard selection next week.

 

SEC Network studio shows spotlight baseball on the road May 13
The Paul Finebaum Show (3 p.m.) hits the road this week, making its Florida baseball debut following SEC Now, for Game 1 of No.7 Vanderbilt at No.1 Florida (7 p.m.) series. The game was selected as SEC Network’s May 13 Wildcard Game, the third of four games slated as Wildcard selections this season. Tom Hart and Kyle Peterson will call the Commodores-Gators matchup. This will mark the second time Finebaum has traveled to a college baseball game. Last year, Finebaum took his show to South Carolina to see then No. 4 Vanderbilt play.

Immediately following the matchup on SEC Network, SEC Now closes out the action from Gainesville. Dari Nowkhah anchors the post-game edition of SEC Now with college baseball analysts Ben McDonald and Todd Walker. Both The Paul Finebaum Show and SEC Now sets are live from Dizney Plaza at Alfred A. McKethan Stadium in Florida.
