ESPN has set multiple records for global audience and engagement across television and digital media. With the close of its most recent fiscal year period (Oct. ’15 through Sept. ’16) it logged its most-viewed year ever on television in multiple markets around the world, set new records for average monthly users on digital media and logged more views of digital video than ever before.

On television, ESPN had its most-viewed fiscal year period EVER in Mexico, Brazil, Australia and across Central America.1 On Digital Media, globally, ESPN averaged more than 109 million users per month for the same period, a new record for both ESPN and the sports category globally.2 Those fans viewed five billion digital videos on ESPN properties, with views on mobile devices increasing 42 percent compared to the same period a year ago.3
