Only two races remain in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup with Round 9 on Sunday, Nov. 9, at Phoenix International Raceway. ESPN will have a live telecast of the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500, with NASCAR Countdown presented by 5-Hour energy at 2 p.m. ET and the race’s green flag at 3:15 p.m. The race also will air live in Spanish on ESPN Deportes at 3 p.m. Extended post-race will air on ESPN SportsCenter with analyst Ricky Craven in the studio and NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Carl Edwards providing additional analysis from the track. ESPN2 also will air NASCAR Sprint Cup qualifying at Phoenix on Friday, Nov. 7, at 6:30 p.m. The track also will hold a 200-mile NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Saturday, Nov. 8, and the race will air live on ESPN at 3:30 p.m., with the green flag at 4:15 p.m. ESPN Deportes will air the race at 4 a.m. on Nov. 9. All NASCAR programming on ESPN is available on computers, smartphones, tablets, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One via WatchESPN, accessible to fans who receive ESPN’s linear networks as part of their video subscription from an affiliate provider.

NHRA Lucas Oil Series Action Airs Sunday

The NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series has the weekend off before the season finale Nov. 14-16 in Pomona, Calif., but drag racing fans will have the opportunity to see racing action with the NHRA Lucas Oil Series on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The one-hour program will feature racing from the recent event at Las Vegas.


Motorsports on Other ESPN Platforms — RacingLive! on is a live blog where fans can engage in debate and discussion with writers and editors during the NASCAR Sprint Cup races.
